Once the initial direction is approved, we spend several weeks conducting market research and brainstorming logo concepts. We narrow it down to the design we know will serve you best, which we'll share on a formal presentation call to provide further context on the design strategy. For web design clients, we begin wire-framing and developing your website once the brand design is finalized.

We share your custom concept and refine as needed until we arrive at your final brand identity. All final files are saved and delivered, along with an in-depth brand style guide to equip you for using your brand elements in the future. To prepare for your official reveal, we design a set of graphics and develop a specialized launch plan to celebrate your accomplishment.

Yes, absolutely! We are flexible with payments plans and most of our clients opt for either a 4 or 6 month payment plan structure. Due to the nature of our booking process, we do require an initial deposit to hold your spot on our calendar.
At this time, we do not offer retainer services. However, for past or existing Cember clients, we offer a designer day rate service. Inquire for more!
We typically recommend that if you want to invest in branding, you go "all-in" with our process and start from scratch. We want to make sure that we serve both YOU and your ideal client in the best way possible. If that strategy allows us to include old brand assets (like an illustration or a particular brand color), we'll take that into consideration!
At Cember, every client is served by our small-but-mighty team. Kelsea takes the lead on brand development and creative direction. She oversees every project in full, and works alongside Mollie to ensure the visuals are cohesive across the board. Our project manager assists with communication and other behind-the-scenes tasks.
